I can't remember the phonecall I got when I found out I got into medical school. Or when Chantelle called me to say that Amobi's arrival was imminent. It's heartbreaking that all of the amazing phone calls we get are often overshadowed by those few that are devastating. This is what my latest song is about, and how these type of phone calls still cause a flicker of anxiety for me whenever the phone rings.
